Stunt Double, LLC has taken the initiative to start putting all your warm-ups, stretches, and practice plans to music with cues. These will incorporate scheduled water and rest breaks. It will also make sure to keep you on rotations for different aspects of gymnastics and cheerleading. You will no longer lose track of time. By having a practice plan, it will allow you as a coach to focus on the athletes form versus the time. It will ensure a productive practice every time!
We will be adding in fun conditioning games, drills, skills, full outs, and more into our productions. We plan to make downloadable PDF’s with the drills. Coahes will be able to print and put them next to each individual station. We will also make specific practice plans based on what you like both skill, drill, time layout, and music request. Our mission is to make sure each athlete is progressing to their fullest potential, while making sure they have great technique. When you combine technique and conditioning together you may not see an immediate hit of the skill (results). When the athlete gets the skill, the chance of a MENTAL BLOCK significantly reduces and you should be able to count on them hitting it during full outs or performances!
This version does not incorporate any Stunt Double, LLC products, but future versions will have some mixed in. We will be posting some of these warm-ups, conditioning, skills, drills, and more on our youtube page or website.
