Practicing your basing any where at anytime!  You no longer need to find a group to improve on your skills and technique!  The Stunt Double Training Device allows the athlete to work on their technique before the flyer comes crashing down.  This is important as it allows coaches to see and the athletes to feel what is happening.  The apparatus quickly allows us to see if the athlete needs a stronger core or is lacking shoulder flexibility.  The Stunt Double Training Device allows us to see if the athlete needs to stay within their cylinder while pressing up.  It quickly reminds the athletes how to use their legs and not just their arms.  The benefits are endless!
